My quick Florentine recipe:

  1. Mix all the dry ingredients together in a bowl.
  2. Fill the Florentine rings or small molds.
  3. Bake for about 8 minutes at 180°C (350°F), until they are a nice golden brown.
  4. Let them cool before unmolding.
  5. For an extra touch of indulgence: drizzle them with a little melted chocolate or icing.
