Alsace Forest Honey PGI, harvested in the forests of the Villé Valley between 500 and 900 meters altitude. A mountain honey, brown to dark red, robust yet smooth and creamy, made from the nectar and honeydew of conifers, oaks, beeches, chestnuts, and undergrowth flowers. Ideal for eating fresh or in gingerbread.
