A bitter orange blossom water distilled the traditional way in Lebanon, with nothing else added, from the fair trade brand Terroirs du Liban. A few drops flavour a crêpe batter, a syrup, an orange salad, a rice pudding or Middle Eastern pastries.

Description
This orange blossom water comes from Lebanon. It is made by traditional distillation of the flowers of the bitter orange tree (Citrus aurantium) and contains nothing else: it is the only ingredient on the label. It is produced in Lebanon by FTTL under the Terroirs du Liban brand, the ethical label of Fair Trade Lebanon, and imported into France by Terra Medius. The 25 cl glass bottle is marked 100% natural and carries the vegan logo.
Orange blossom water is measured by the drop or the spoon: its floral, slightly bitter scent quickly takes over. The maker recommends it for pastries, syrups, fruit salads and milk desserts. Add a tablespoon to a crêpe or doughnut batter, a brioche, a galette des rois filling or a soaking syrup. In Lebanon it flavours mouhallabieh, a milk pudding set with starch, ashta cream and the syrup for honey pastries. Over orange slices with cinnamon or in a lemonade, a few drops are enough.
