Description
This tub holds garlic powder and nothing else: the ingredient list on the label is a single word. It is sold under the Goût et nous brand, whose label gives an address in Wettolsheim, Alsace, in a 500 g shaker tub with a flip-top lid, a size made for kitchens that season often. The powder is fine and cream-coloured, and it disperses in liquid without lumps.
Compared with fresh garlic, ground garlic does not burn as quickly in the pan and leaves no pieces.
